The public is invited to tour the newly renovated Oakland California Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from May 11 through Saturday June 1, 2019 at 4770 Lincoln Avenue, Oakland, California.

 

What is a temple?

Temples are literally houses of the Lord. They are holy places of worship where individuals make sacred covenants with God. People find opportunities for peaceful reflection and for learning more about God’s plan of happiness.
